Ehlers cluster

Overview

Ehlers is a university cluster with NVIDIA GPUs, available to SimTech-affiliated personnel.

In total, the cluster consists of 1920 compute cores split across 17 nodes using a 200 Gbps InfiniBand. See the Ehlers internal pages for more information.

Access

See the Ehlers user documentation for detailed instructions. The application form is 1-page long and must be signed by both the PI and the researcher who will use the cluster. See also Using Ehlers for building software and submitting jobs.

Obligations

Use of the cluster must be acknowledged in scientific publications. The acknowledgment must follow a strict formulation that depends on co-authors’ affiliations and the type of funding. For the exact details, refer to SimTech Startseite / Publications / Acknowledgement.
